The Instrument is based on the phase deflection technique and analyzes the stripe distribution and brightness variations of the reflected surface using the principles of specular reflection. It calculates the surface profile, imaging effects, and defect
distribution of the Instrument. Additionally, the Instrument has an automatic matching function, allowing it to compare height, slope, and curvature with CAD templates.
